Total Voting Rights

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 171,782,667 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in issue ("Ordinary Shares"), of which none are held in Treasury.  The Company therefore has 171,782,667 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The figure of 171,782,667 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
